Where can I check my order details ?You can view your order details by logging into your account on our website www.azitiz.in Once you login you will see an option called - My Orders, where you can view all your past orders. Alternatively, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your registered WhatsApp Number & Email after placing the order

Can I change my address after placing the order?Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not left the warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the delivery address. If you wish to change the address to an international location, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees associated with the change. However, if you have placed an order with international shipping and would like the delivery to be made in India instead, the shipping fees will be refunded in the form of a Store Credit. I have received only part of my order , where is the rest of my order ?Sometimes we dispatch whatever we have ready so as to decrease your waiting time. Also since every product has a different shipping timeline, we may ship the order in batches. How do I care for my products ?Hand Wash garments in cold water using a mild liquid detergent , alternately you could also wash it in the washing machine on a gentle wash cycle Drip Dry them in shade Flat Iron while it is still damp/Steam Iron , Do not Bleach Kindly Wash Dark Colours Separately .

Where can I find the size chart ?You can find the size chart on every product page just below the description and other details . Alternately you can also check our Size Chart page on our website . Any specifications like the length of the product the sleeve length etc. thats specific to that particular garment is mentioned on its product page .

Why is the colour of the product I received slightly different from the images ?The photos of every product are clicked in different light settings. We try to take pictures in a setting that is the closest to what the product looks like in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of the eye and thus slight colour differences are unavoidable.

What would be your shipping timeline ?Orders once placed we try that the order leaves our warehouse within 2 -3 days . They are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.

Where are my tracking details ?As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.

What are your shipping charges ?For Domestic Shipping We offer free shipping for all orders . For International Shipping For international shipping courier charges as per actual are charged depending upon the weight and location .

What is your return policy ?We use standard sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your items for another size or style then you may return them by raising a request on our website . Items purchased from Azitiz can be returned / exchanged within 7 days of delivery, in an unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. No returns / exchanges are possible after 7 days, and we don't offer second exchanges. Free Returns/Exchanges: You can return or exchange items for free within 7 days from the date of delivery if they are in an unused condition, with original tags, and the packaging bag intact. Please remember that for multiple item exchanges, each item needs to have a separate request selecting preferred size and colour. Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return: All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent. All items should be free of make – up or tan marks Post 7 Days: After 7 days, we regret that we won't be able to facilitate exchanges or returns for any reason. Additionally, we kindly ask you to make your size or colour selection with care during your initial exchange, as we do not have Return/Exchange policy on Exchange order. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product: In the rare event that a product you've ordered arrives in poor condition, is damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, you can initiate an exchange request directly on our website. Returning one item purchased during a combo: If you have purchased two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price.Eg. If you purchase 2 cotton trousers for Rs. 1399 while one of them is priced at Rs.799 and choose to return one of them - then you will be refunded Rs. 600 (1399- 799). Similar Terms & Conditions will be applicable in other product categories as well. In exchanging for something else?: In the event of an exchange, you have the flexibility to select an alternative product of equal or higher or lower value. If the replacement item has a lower value, the difference can be promptly refunded to you to your bank account. If the item is of a higher value you would have to pay the difference amount All the refund process will be completed within 7 working days from the time the parcel is received at our warehouse and it passes our quality checks .

When will I receive a refund for my returned product ?Once we receive the product, our staff will conduct a quality check of the product, after which the refund will be initiated. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
