Meet The Founder
As someone who believes in and loves simplicity, clean cuts, and comfortable clothing for herself, Rachana always sought clothes that matched her ambivert nature. Post securing a degree in Fashion, her innate love for the rich textile culture and heritage of India inspired her to study the History of Indian Textiles, followed by a course on the techniques of Dyeing & Printing.
Once she completed her academic pursuits, Rachana worked at a couple of fashion houses, did some freelancing, and also designed for personal clients. She had a fantastic opportunity to design for one of the finalists of Femina Miss India. However, none of these experiences gave her the sense of achievement and satisfaction she was yearning for.
That’s when she thought it might be time to build something of her own—something that would reflect her design ethics, style, and personal imprint on every creation. Being an ambivert, she wanted her brand to embody styles that mirrored her personality: simple yet making a statement.
This vision led her to create a small brand from her quaint little home, AZITIZ. With unwavering support from her family and friends, the brand grew rapidly and was instantly embraced with love and appreciation.

Simple, clean lines—something you could wear to work, a day out with friends, or just about anywhere. In the early days, we used a variety of fabrics, including Cotton, Linen, Jute, Handloom, Ikkat, Maheshwari, and Bhagalpuri. Over time, we decided to transition to a more sustainable option: Linen. Linen is an incredibly versatile fabric—sustainable, durable, hypoallergenic, and effortlessly chic and modern. For years, we ran our little brand offline, but we felt it was time to expand our reach. That’s when www.azitiz.in went live at the end of 2024. While we are still in the early stages of having our online store, taking baby steps and riding the e-commerce wave has been a fun and exciting journey. Although the nervousness and anxiety of trying something new linger, the experience so far has been incredibly rewarding, with an outpouring of love and support. AZITIZ thrives on simple styles, clean lines, and curating designs for every occasion.
