We reserve the right to change terms set in this agreement. When we do so, we shall update this page and mark the date when the updates were made.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

You may not use our products to conduct any illegal or unauthorised  activity that violate laws in your jurisdiction.

 

You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing, copywriting, images, video and packaging.

 

We reserve the right to cancel orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers.

 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

COLLECTING DATA

When you buy a product from us, we store your name, address, contact and purchase information. We may use this information to fulfill your order, send you marketing updates via email/SMS/WhatsApp, and improve the user experience. All marketing communication will contain an opt-out link to unsubscribe.

PRICING

We price our products with a lot of thought, In occasions when we need to, change them, we reserve the right to update our product prices and discontinue them based on our own discretion. When we update a products price, this website will clearly reflect the current price of the product.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We offer shipping to almost all locations in India under normal circumstances.

We usually dispatch products that are in stock within one business day from the time your order is placed. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you the estimated shipping time on the website before you place your order.

If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order. Due to external factors, shipping time is not guaranteed. Shipping to all locations across India is free. However deliveries to locations outside of India would be charged in actual as per the standard delivery charges levied by the logistics company based on the weight and location of the destination.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

We offer product exchanges and returns within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange or pickup, we try our best to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves.

A return order is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is done beyond the 7 calendar day period, or if it is used or returned without original packaging. If we receive an in-bound shipment for an ineligible return, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable. If you send an unauthorized in-bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.

If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at care@azitiz.in from the email you placed the order with. As a small business, we can not sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 7 calendar days.

 

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Certain content on our store may link to third-party websites like Instagram, Twitter and Facebook that are not affiliated with us. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction.

 

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold harmless Azitiz Umimited, our employees and suppliers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

 

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
